The kids loved the delicious breakfast spread, especially the fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful as we enjoyed New Year fireworks on the terrace overlooking the city.
My kids wished there was a small kids' play area to keep them entertained.

Very nice rooms, although my sheets were not 100% clean. Very friendly staff that gave us detailed instructions.
The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from subway. We thought it was closer.

The staff was friendly, competent and English-speaking. Guests are offered the option to dine in the hotel with the owner and his family. The cost is 25 Euros/person including all the wine you can drink. A good value. We did this one of the two nights and it was very pleasant, visiting with the owner and other guests until after 10pm. The food was ok but not stellar.
The only drawback to the room was the size of the shower stall. I weigh 115 lbs and had no room to spare!

Had a good 5-night stay, enjoying the comfy room and delicious breakfast every day. The garden area was a perfect spot to unwind, and I loved lounging in the cozy TV room. If only there was a mini-fridge in the room, it would have been perfect. Definitely recommend checking this place out 😊

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. They all spoke excellent English. We have never been to a hotel with such quality staff. We had a room with a view of the Colloseum and a very nice garden terrace where we spent afternoons drinking cappuccinos or a glass of wine. Free WiFi was a definite plus.
The bathroom was extremely small. There was absolutely no room to put anything. There was not even a towel hook. The back of the door could not be used, as it was a pocket door. This was quite frustrating, having to go in and out for everything. However, all things considered, we would definitely return to this hotel!

The buffet breakfast included freshly baked pastries and local delicacies. The room was spacious, nice for a comfortable work setup, particularly with the efficient business center at hand, made my work-related tasks seamless.
The Wi-Fi speed was inconsistent at times.

Location, helpful and friendly staff, price.
Breakfast can be crowded and not restocked often enough. American instant-tasting coffee, some minor bathroom problems (tub drained slowly, shower fixture wobbly).
